Full Comms created a range of marketing including branding, a brochure, digital assets, show home interiors, photography and a bespoke microsite for a s106 scheme available with Shared Ownership in Highams Park, north east London.
Branding
Due to the small unit numbers and the success of private sales at the Fairview site, we took advantage of the existing brand as a placemaking tool and highlighting the affordable route to home ownership through Shared Ownership at Discovery, E4. The colour palette was fresh and youthful, and stood out from the competition often focussed on the green palette of Waltham Forest.
Brochure
With 21 units within a larger Fairview development, we had the challenge of 15 unique floor plans to incorporate into a brochure. Opting for a host brochure and floor plan brochure which could be optimised for web, we focussed on creating a host of assets which would complement the website as physical viewings were limited due to the pandemic.
Mobile-first Microsite
Without a sales site, we were required to create a platform which served as a digital sales tool, which was even more critical as the launch took place during the pandemic, and over the Christmas season when people have time to sit and scroll. Knowing this, we ensured the microsite was mobile-first.
Show Home Interior Design & Production
Working to a tight budget, we also successfully dressed a two bedroom show home working with a trusted supplier to coordinate logistics safely and to a high standard during the pandemic. Using our own in-house photographer meant we could be flexible with shooting the show home interiors during the short days in December, and delivering the photos within a fast turnaround to be applied to marketing assets. Within weeks, the first release of plots were all reserved meaning early release of the second phase.
