As one of London’s most prestigious developments, Full Comms were excited to receive a brief to shoot the Shared Ownership show home and exteriors/development at Royal Arsenal Riverside.
Premium London homes
The spaciousness of these homes needed to be clearly shown in the photography, as well as the specification, and the look and feel of the area all translated to the imagery produced, both enticing a new potential buyer, but also being a true reflection of the development and area. Key USPs for the homes were the private outdoor balconies/terraces, high ceilings, and grandeur of the wider development, all whilst being affordable via the Shared Ownership scheme. With space at a premium in any London development, it was vital this was represented via the imagery, yet was juxtaposed with the affordability of the homes; our primary objective was to capture all of this whilst giving the true sense of “yes, you can live here.”
Capturing a historic development
A blend of interior imagery of the show home, architectural styling, and placemaking drone shots were agreed, presenting Royal Arsenal Riverside as a destination and place to call home. After presenting previous examples to the client, we proceeded with an art style which emphasised the luxury of the development, whilst appealing to the Shared Ownership customer with light and stylish images. The unique architectural style and pedestrianised streets of this development including the landscaping and communal areas were shot using a drone. Drone shoots are often used for rural developments to highlight open space and rolling countryside, whereas in this case it was perfect to highlight the combination of old and new, where the existing historic dock buildings remain and have been incorporated into the wider redevelopment.
