After a successful pitch, Full Comms were tasked with creating a brand identity and brochure for a s106 development available with Shared Ownership in Strood, Kent. A landmark redevelopment on the River Medway, Optivo required a unique brand identity but one which incorporated the existing development name and accompanying prestige.

Branding

Instructed at the beginning of the pandemic there was an uncertainty around the launch of the development and the potential setbacks that lockdowns and restrictions may bring about. Keen to progress the marketing materials to avoid these setbacks, we created a brand identity under time constraints, which focussed on the riverside setting and was complemented by a contemporary texture to the brochure cover to suit the first time buyer target audience.

Brochure

An all-in-one brochure format incorporated a site plan, floor plans, lifestyle, development and corporate information. Delivered in two phases, the client required a refresh to the brochure with new plans as well as a twist on the existing branding. We created an alternative brand colour to replace the first phase, but kept the brand texture which gave the brochure a unique and modern feel for a semi-rural development.
