Brand identity and full production of brochure to market seven, high-end and exclusive shared ownership units set within London’s iconic King’s Cross for Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association.
A unique opportunity to own a home in central London with shared ownership demanded a high end brand which would rival private sale marketing in the area. Still in the middle of regeneration, Kings Cross had vastly improved its reputation, now as a shopping and dining destination. The scope of the project included brochure design, layout and print, signage and hoarding design, interior and local area photography, and floor plan drawing.
The brand ‘Kings Cross Walk’ immediately locates the apartments to the desirable N1C regeneration district to the north of the station, now Coal Drops Yard. As the properties available were at the higher end of Shared Ownership the brand needed to reflect this. ‘Walk’ is a tried and tested word which clearly signals the apartments’ close proximity to this desirable destination. The timeless colour palette of metallics and blacks is paired with a stencil font, reminiscent of the area’s travel and industrial connections. This premium look and feel extended to a printed brochure with a matt textured black cover and silver foiled logo.
