Moat Homes instructed Full Comms to deliver bespoke branding & marketing for a stylish collection of one and two bedroom apartments at Anthology’s Deptford Foundry, a landmark development of mixed tenure homes, studio spaces and communal gardens.
Cultural creativity
The starting point for the creative was to draw on the vibrant and creative neighbourhood with its industrial heritage, which was physically reflected in the build by Anthology using sympathetic materials and incorporating studio spaces into the overall development. The final brand for “Moat at Deptford Foundry” combines an crosshatch brand marque linking Moat Homes’ affordable home ownership options with the master development branding, and a sans serif font in a black and gold colour palette to retain the high end feel of the development.
Lifestyle video
The core of the project was to highlight what Deptford has to offer, especially to younger first time buyers. We focussed on arts and culture by creating a branded lifestyle video shot in and around Deptford Market Yard, the centre of Deptford and focus of regeneration in the area.
Bespoke market stall
It’s also here that we created a unique opportunity to reach our target audience by building a bespoke market stall, complete with sets of postcards which highlighted the features and benefits of buying a home at Moat at Deptford Foundry distributed by the Moat Homes sales team, creating organic interest around the development.
Targeted approach
Alongside this we created a targeted email campaign, floor plans, site plan, signage and a bespoke microsite, all contributing to off plan sales targets.
