Delivering Sage Homes' website services, their rebrand saw a revamped website come to life, not only showcasing their homes for sale, but also the new look & feel for the rebranded Sage Homes.

Application of the brand guidelines was delivered ensuring accessibility and contrast checks for all fonts and colours, whilst maintaining the brand look & feel as Sage Homes intended. Features of their site including a custom search functionality based on a home hunter's monthly budget as opposed to a full market or share value price, Sage Homes' shared ownership homes are showcased at the highest level, as well as all the must-have content including large image gallery, plot-by-plot pricing information and local area info, prospective shared owners looking for a home to buy with Sage can easily navigate their way to a home of their dreams. Fully responsive, the website was built mobile-first, with Sage seeing an average of 75% of traffic via mobile devices as a result of a clean, UX-first design.
