Marketing a collection of apartments and houses for shared ownership in the centre of Welwyn Garden City


QE2-15 was a small collection of two bedroom apartments and three bedroom houses for shared ownership on the former QE2 Hospital site in Welwyn Garden City. The brief from the client was to achieve as many as possible share sales of 25% and above for the apartments and 30% and above for the houses off-plan.

The brand QE2-15 piggybacked the name given to the scheme by Bellway, the private developer partner, which had very positive local recognition; the scheme included the provision of a new state-of-the-art hospital to replace the old one.

The shared ownership properties were marketed to potential customers who either lived, worked or both in the Borough of Welwyn & Hatfield as an ideal commuter site given its proximity to Welwyn station.


FULL provided services across the entire marketing mix including brand development, photography, the brochure, a microsite, advertising campaigns, Facebook and Instagram campaigns, E-shots, exhibition displays and exterior signage. All of the houses were successfully sold at a single off-site open day.
